since you mentioned beta alanine being what sounds like a great addition to a pre-workout. Do you think it would be most beneficial while dieting to take this supplement pre-workout. I generally finish working out late in the p.m. and was wondering if beta alanine would stay in my muscles into the next days late afternoon?
ReplyDeleteI'm not an expert but I have read that Beta-Alanine builds up over continuous use. You would need to use it for about 8 weeks according to most studies. It also causes a tingle around the ears that some people don't like. If that is the case for you try taking small doses throughout the day. 400 - 800 mg at a time.
