Weigh in tomorrow. 10X10 Incline Dumbbell Presses Today.

My workout today consisted of a warm-up  on the treadmills and then 10x10 incline dumbbell bench presses. I maybe harming myself by taking Ipriflavone at dinner time. You sometimes see it in hardgainer stacks. I'm far from a hardgainer....endomorph all the way.

Here's what I ate.

14:30 big southwest chicken salad (pictured above) from Walmart
19:00 Supreme Protein Carb Conscious Bar Rocky Road with 30 grams of protein
20:00 rotisserie chicken, green beans, au gratin potatoes

I'll probably cheat later.
