11:30 am Sunflower Seeds 170 cal 16 g fat 4 g carbs 1 g protein
12:00 pm 50 grams Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard
  2:00 pm 100 grams Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard
  9:00 pm 100 grams Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard
10:00 pm 3 slices chicken alfredo pizza from Papa Johns (yeah I know)
