The New Wheyt Experiment

This is me, all 203 lbs. I didn't lose 1 lb in all of 2011 after dropping over 60 lbs since 2009.  I decided today to go big on whey protein and one meal per day.  Here's today's numbers.

8 am 50 grams of Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard Chocolate
12 pm 50 grams of Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard Fruit Punch
2 pm 75 grams of Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard Fruit Punch
5 pm 100 grams of Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard Fruit Punch
9 pm 50 grams of Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard Fruit Punch

325 grams of protein and 39 grams of carbohydrates

Dinner 10 pm rotisserie chicken (two legs, two wings and 1 cup broccoli)

I am notorious for falling of of these ambitious diets so wish me luck!
