Today's meals were as follows.
11:00 am 50 g Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard
  5:00 pm 50 g Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard 
6:30 pm 2 Beef Tongue Street Tacos, Chips, Salsa, Radishes and Green Onions
9:30 pm Salad and 1 slice of pizza
I really don't expect a weight change this week but I do enjoy the process of discovery.
