Sunday, McDonalds, Salmon and Deadlifts
I ate McDonalds so I figured I'd better do a deadlift routine.
11:00 1 Egg, Milk
15:00 McDonalds Angus Bacon, Medium Fries, Diet Coke
19:30 BSN Amino X (pre workout)
21:00 Salmon, Veggies and Spinach Pasta
22:30 Cheerios with milk
