Whey, Blox, Beef and Pork Ribs.

I ate hearty again today. Too much actually. Oh well, fall off the wagon and get back on tomorrow.

22:00 Pork ribs, vegetable medley (asparagus, carrots, onions, zucchini), 6 cherries, pistachios
