Took the week off from the gym. October 12 - 18

I know. It's a travesty. You actually didn't kill it last week. Nope. Why?

Sore elbows, knees, back and forearms.

So I slept in and didn't workout.

I don't have any scientific studies talking about the benefits of a week off. No information on healing. Nothing. Just felt like it. I definitely won't make the Olympia this year....oh wait I wasn't going to anyway.

This week in the words of those famous Youtube twins, "back in the gym."
